A bill introduced February in the Arkansas State Legislature which proposed banning truck drivers with a combination visa from operating a commercial vehicle in Arkansas and not recognizing Canadian commercial driver’s licence reciprocity has been withdrawn.
Previously, the proposed bill was causing concern for Canadian-based carriers and truck drivers.
It has been withdrawn by its author.
